Dr. Cailles made deliberate choices during the building's design and construction to ensure accessibility for both pet owners and animals. The facility avoids stairs and steps for elderly pets, with a wide, welcoming front entrance.
Please let us know about any assistance you may need when you schedule your appointment, or by phone from the parking lot when you arrive.
If you or someone you know is physically disabled and unable to travel to our facility, it is our policy to make a house call and/or provide transportation for that pet to our facility.
